We are bonded and insured. Our professionals are members of the Better Business Bureau and trained on health and safety under the Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS). This will protect your property or documents against damage while our staff is on your property performing office cleaning services.

Yes, you are. Your security and privacy are our top priority.

Q. 7 What is your bond and insurance policy?
It extends to up to $5.0 million.


Q. 8 Is your staff professionally trained and insured?
All our cleaning team members are professionally trained using the Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS). They are fully insured and covered by the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB).


Q. 9 Do we have to do anything before the team arrives?
Absolutely no preparation is required. We provide you with complete service and value for your money.

No, we take care of everything during the cleanup.

We use commercial-grade cleaning products to provide the best service. The use of eco-friendly products can be made available upon request.


Q. 12 Do you have a cancellation policy?
We require a 30-day notice of cancelation prior to your cleaning service order.


Q. 13 What if we need to change the scheduled cleaning?
Changes to scheduled cleanings can easily be made as long as enough notice is given. If you require a change to your scheduled cleaning, contact us immediately to schedule an alternate time.
